Product Return Policy

For international orders:

If the product you ordered does not satisfy you or does not correspond to your order. We invite you to send an e-mail to the following address: customerservice@jccasualwear.com. We will send you the necessary instructions for returning your product to the e-mail address you provided in the contact form. The return of your product must be made within 14 working days (or 30 days for international orders) of your purchase and will be refunded in accordance with the price terms (and exchange rate if applicable) in force on the date of purchase of your product. However, if you are a registered customer on our website, we advise you to send us any requests directly from your customer account.

Please note: The cost of returning your order will be borne by JC CASUALWEAR (within the limit of 30.00 USD dollars for international shipments, the supplement being withdrawn from the amount refunded).

The product will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

For orders received directly from a supplier:

We invite you to directly check the shipping invoice of your product(s) to know the specific conditions of return of the product(s). In case of difficulties in finding the necessary information, you can send us an e-mail to internationalcustomer@jcandco.com and we will send you the specific instructions for returning the product(s).

Effectiveness of the refund of your order after examination:

After receipt of the returned order, your refund request is immediately processed and validated by our customer service department. A delay of several days may occur between the validation of your refund and the crediting of the corresponding sum to your bank account, depending on the procedures set up by your bank.
